Indeeco Expands Industrial Heat-Tracing Tube Bundles
Updated portfolio targets process instrumentation and fluid transfer lines with revised manufacturing workflow and certified hazardous-area configurations.

Industrial plants rely on heat-traced tubing to maintain viscosity, prevent condensation, and ensure measurement stability in analyzer and instrumentation lines. Indeeco introduced an updated tubing and tube bundle portfolio, the iHeat range, covering steam- and electric-traced assemblies for process industries and transport infrastructure.
Consolidating production to shorten project cycles
The new series is manufactured within a single vertically integrated facility in the U.S. Midwest. Combining fabrication, insulation, assembly, and termination in one location changes how these products enter engineering workflows: quotation, design modification, and delivery timelines become part of procurement planning rather than late-stage installation constraints.
This matters in sectors such as chemical processing, power generation, and emissions monitoring, where tubing assemblies are frequently customized to match plant layouts and digital supply chain scheduling depends on predictable lead times.
Steam-traced variants for temperature maintenance ranges
The portfolio includes light (LTB) and heavy (HTB) steam-traced bundles designed for instrument impulse lines, pressure transmitters, analyzer sample lines, and general fluid transfer.
Light tracers are intended for freeze protection, while heavy tracers maintain higher operating temperatures required to keep process media stable. Using the same mechanical architecture across both ranges allows engineers to select temperature capability without changing mounting or routing practices.
Electric tracing for hazardous-area installations
The iHeat Tube ETB bundle targets applications requiring tighter thermal control, including continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS) and analyzer sampling. The assemblies support self-regulating heat-trace cables in LSR, MSR, and HSR categories, covering multiple maintenance temperature levels.
The ETB configuration carries FM and CSA Class I Division 2 approvals, enabling installation in hazardous industrial environments. Electrical connection and termination kits are included to maintain compliance during field integration.
Pre-insulated tubing for heat retention efficiency
The STB pre-insulated tube focuses on minimizing thermal losses along transport runs. Its insulation design reduces heat dissipation and supports elevated temperature service, extending operational life in high-temperature environments where repeated heating cycles typically accelerate material degradation.
By combining steam, electric, and pre-insulated configurations within a unified manufacturing workflow, the iHeat range shifts tubing bundles from purely mechanical accessories to engineered components integrated into process control and maintenance planning.
